Express Next Day Delivery
We also offer an Express Next Day Delivery Service on all in stock items. If you select this option, we can guarantee any in stock order will be delivered to you by the following day. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Our Standard Delivery option (as with our Express and Specified Delivery options) offers a one-man kerbside delivery service. We will offload the crate/s from the vehicle via a tail-lift and manoeuvre the crate/s onto any hard-standing flat area (a kerbside, a tarmac constructed driveway or any concrete and paving area) using a manual pallet trolley.
When offloading, the driver may require some assistance, please have someone on site to support if necessary. It is usually advised that if the person accepting the order is unable to assist the driver, please arrange for either a contractor or a labourer to be present to help our driver with large orders.
Our drivers are unable to deliver onto any uneven or sloped surface.
If you need any special delivery requirements, we can arrange specialist vehicles to facilitate your particular needs.
On all orders, delivery is free. If you would like to confirm a specified delivery time for a product or book next day delivery, please contact a member of our sales team. Once your order has been placed, our courier will contact you to organise an appropriate delivery date before attempting to deliver your product.
Delivery is FREE on all orders within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland). Delivery is free as per our standard service. If your delivery address is outside of this area, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0800 689 5236 where one of our team will be happy to assist you.
Whilst we do our best to confirm your order arrives in perfect condition, if in transit your order is lost or damaged, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting us on 0800 689 5236 or email us at email@example.com. If you should find any problem with your order or even have any minor suspicion of damages, you must clearly sign for the goods as ‘Unchecked for Damages’ or ‘Damages Received’. Please then contact our customer services team by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order, to notify them of your particular issue. If you do not sign the delivery note as either ‘Unchecked for Damages’ or ‘Damages Received’ we cannot organise a product replacement for you.
When purchasing your products, it is significant to allow 10% of excess stone for cuts, waste and a small number of possible breakages. If the delivery note is signed as ‘Unchecked for Damages’, you have a maximum of 7 working days from the date of delivery to report, in detail, of any spoilt items. To ensure your item is damaged, we then ask you to follow up your initial concerns in writing with photographic evidence by way of email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the order has been placed and your delivery option has been verified, our courier will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date. Once your delivery date has been finalised, this cannot be changed and delivery must be agreed on the date arranged. Please let our courier know of any restrictions which may defer your access to your delivery destination. It is fundamental that you or another household member is available to accept the delivery, if you miss your delivery for any reason you will be charged for the costs accrued, this is usually the original cost of delivery.
Please be sympathetic to delivery times or dates varying due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If there are unexpected delays like extreme weather conditions or traffic interruptions, you will be informed and will not be additionally charged.
